- This page used to include basic rules to secure eternal life of our New World, but since October 2012, these “rules” and this page have been changed to “recommendations” since everyone will receive a perfect, clean heart as their new selves without the need of basic rules.

- A majority of people today (mostly in the rich world) – to a lesser or higher degree – do not listen/understand, are spoiled, selfish, lazy, ignorant/know-all, unreasonable, give up easily, cannot control their temper and negative feelings, complain, lie, are disloyal and greedy, and show a poor behaviour, which they would not accept receiving from others, and people do not realize this because this is how most people are today.
- Unfortunately you do not hear the truth about your wrong behaviour, communication and work from your surroundings. People have become yes-men not having the courage to tell the truth and help people improve.
- There are (almost) no true role models of the community today working, behaving and communicating properly, which is why I have decided to tell what to do, which you already know because I only tell what is simple logic to everyone!
- Remember the “Ten Recommendations” and treat people as you would like to be treated yourself (“the Golden rule”).
- Understand and accept your personal development needs from a mentor to be trusted with the chef Gordon Ramsey as role model.
- I ask you to avoid a similar human decline through regular teachings on good behaviour, communication skills and Basic Work Recommendations both at home, in school and at work.

- An irresponsible sexual behaviour due to lust is inconsistent with life itself. Behave according to your original, natural feelings – sexual modesty – and what is considered to be “good behaviour”.
- Always be faithful to your partner. When you have a sexual relation with one partner, you are not to start a new sexual relation with another partner before the present sexual relation has been closed.
- A sexual relation is meant to be enjoyed solely among two people.
- All prostitution and orgies will stop.
- Mankind will stop production of and destroy material of a direct sexual character including all production and publishing of audio, visual and audio-visual material of an explicit sexual nature, “soft porn” focusing on the sexual act without true feelings of people and people showing off their sexuality on the Internet etc. Man will completely destroy ALL existing material of this kind from ALL types of media.
- People will show themselves naturally without playing on their sexuality in public.
- Update November 2013: All people of our New World will consist of a male, female and also a “no gender” part with the male and female parts being married to each other, which will bring “eternal faithfulness” without people receiving a desire/temptation to become unfaithful.
- People will stop ALL gambling, money rewards/prizes and remove all threats, lies, ugly language and glorification of war, crime, violence, drugs, tobacco and medicine etc. from the Internet etc.
- Do not use media including war, crime, violence, gambling, drugs etc. as entertainment, but as teachings of what not to return to.
- Remove all “extremely” negative music of the “extreme metal” genre.
- Hand over all weapons designed to kill or hurt people.
- Reduce your consumption of media and spend more time with human beings creating true joy and happiness as an important purpose of life.
- These were original “rules” but are now “recommendations” with the aim to inspire people to do their absolutely best work – to live up to their FULL potential – which will create happier people both on and off work, an increased production and improved living standard for all.
- Use an action plan
- Plan your work carefully
- Deliver your finest quality of work
- Communicate directly, honestly and positively/objectively
- Agree on meeting agendas, time and level of details
- Be focussed and avoid interruptions
- Do not hold unnecessary breaks
- Use resource plans and flexible working hours
- Have outstanding managers, match requirements/supply and outsource FREEDOM
- Develop throughout life to reach the full life potential of all
- Be creative and innovative like Picasso: “Quantity of ideas creates quality”
- Be inspired by my Basic Work Recommendations, the Ten Recommendations and the Golden Rule to treat people as you would like to be treated yourself in all kind of business activities and stop or replace any activities not living up to these recommendations including not to bear false witness!
- Open all IT systems, customer databases, files etc. to the world. Give up all patent rights and free all technical information on inventions etc.
- Stand forward, publish everything and repent your wrongdoings in business.
- Stop all production and sales of weapons designed to kill or hurt people, products related to or showing war, violence and crime, drugs etc.
- Stop all pollution and dangerous chemicals, cancel all bonus schemes, commence an equal pay for all per working hour, remove profits and calculate your prices according to the “price system” of the New World Order, write off unpaid debts etc. in good time before the end of 2017.

Improve your behaviour and work – to improve life!
Everyone will become “perfect” at our New World at “perfect nothing” without the need of any Basic Rules!
In October 2012 we changed the foundation of life, which was based upon the original “foreign body” of my mother to become part of “perfect nothing” of God as the Source of everything, which automatically creates a perfect, clean heart for everyone.
Having “basic rules” for everyone to follow – mainly included at this page (as you can see especially from previous versions of the page) – was a way to bring eternal life to everyone when creation was based on the “foreign body”, but when changing foundation of life to be based upon “perfect nothing” instead, these basic rules would only feel like snarly strings of what is already perfect, which is how man will become with the great awakening, and this is why I have decided to lift my basic rules, which I however will keep information about on my website and scripts for you to understand my entire journey and because I do not have the time and energy to completely restructure and rewrite it, but now for you to understand as “recommendations” and what man automatically will feel like doing as your new selves, thus no longer being rules of good behaviour, communication and work, and yes there is a difference, which will create ULTIMATE FREEDOM of all life of our New World :-), so here is the rest of this page based upon how I wrote it before October 2012 with a few amendments of words here and there to exchange “rules” with “recommendations” and what will automatically be.
Many people do not know that they behave poorly or even appalling
A message of Virgin Mary at Medjugorje – www.medjugorje.org:
“The problem is that we sometimes don’t see the truth; we are in darkness, and many of us are just blind. We do not realize that we have put ourselves into the hands of Satan because we do not know how to tell the difference between right and wrong. Many of us become the image of Satan without even knowing it.”
This is also one of the key messages of my scripts as you can read from the chapters above and from my everyday experiences in my scripts with examples on how the beast works within people when people do not listen and understand, are lazy at work not showing their full potential and when they decide to show a poor or even an appalling behaviour, which many people do not even realize themselves that this is what they do because this is what people around them also do in the lack of “role models” to teach them differently!
When the world do not TRULY teach you how to work and behave properly, I will!
Unfortunately you do not hear the truth about poor work, behaviour and communication at home, in school, at work or from Governments, who often concentrate on “pleasing” their “voters” – who they “depend” on to be elected – and tell them “positive” messages without having the courage to say that people in general work, behave and communicate below an accepted standard, need to improve and without taking the necessary initiatives to implement teachings all over the community to learn people how to improve on these vital parts of life with an improved life quality for all as the result (!) – which is what you really would expect leaders of Governments to do?
How many world leaders of today – in a world full of rivalry chasing after money, power and sex – can TRULY claim to work, behave and communicate properly themselves as “role models” for the world to follow besides from Dalai Lama, Barack Obama, Aung San Suu Kyi and Nelson Mandela as a few examples?
When the world generally do not have “role models” as leaders, can you see the “impossible” task of these and the society to teach mankind on how to work, behave and communicate properly – or even to TRULY understand themselves? And do you believe that world leaders of today have carried out their work as leaders in this respect satisfactory?
If not from world leaders, where should initiatives to TRULY change the world come from? I am sad to say that this leaves only one reply: My return is unfortunately what it takes to teach you to do what should be “common knowledge” for all of you to do! Simply to work, behave and communicate your best living up to the full life potential of each human being and to implement regular teachings for all to always further develop their skills to the highest level at any given time.
The characteristics of just how poorly mankind of today behave
This chapter will not become easy to understand in the beginning for many people – especially from the rich world, who is the primary recipient of the message (October 2012: When you will wake up as your new self, you will understand how you were) – but when you read my scripts giving you many examples of the WRONG behaviour of people today and when you REALLY think carefully about your own behaviour, thoughts and what motivates and drives you – and people around you – you will start to realize that I speak the truth, that this is what you have become and what you need to improve.
The majority of mankind today – especially of the rich world including “rich” or “spoiled” people of the poor world – to a LESSER or HIGHER degree (please notice the comparison):
- Are “loving” people who would like to help people and to make them happy, but when you listen to your own strong voice telling you what to do based on your own “wrong belief” without truly asking, listening to and understanding the true needs of your fellow human beings, you will very often do people a disservice or what is worse, if people truly need your help – with my self as the best example almost dying because of “loving” people not understanding that they were not helping, but killing me when they “told me” what to do!
- This voice can be so STRONG that it makes understanding of other people “very difficult” or even “completely impossible” when you make up your own truth based on what you may “believe” or what suit you the best and this “truth” is then what becomes your “truth” beyond any doubt! People can reach a stage, where they totally switch off their hearing and block out the “real truth” if it feels “uncomfortable” – as you have seen with my family, friends, the system and church simply not believing in me.
- Are spoiled, lazy, irresponsible, ignorant, selfish, stubborn, feel superior or inferior instead of equal, prefer passive entertainment instead of human contact, stay at home instead of doing “meaningful” activities together with other people (i.e. “living”) and care more for money than for people!
- Are sceptical, judgemental and sarcastic often believing that people are negative when they mean good, do not know how to communicate properly, talk about themselves without asking questions – or only few – to show a TRUE interest in people, focus on their own interests when influencing the subjects of a conversation without being interested in what “bores” them, which often are important subjects.
- Speak what they believe other people will be happy to hear instead of speaking the truth openly, honestly and directly – because they are “afraid” of negative reactions from “sensitive” people and because they don’t like to express all of the negativity they are really thinking – with the cables of US Diplomats and the former PM Gordon Brown brought to you with the inspiration of the Council as examples of people showing a “façade of kindness” to the world telling lies to please people and showing their beast within when they believe they are “safe” inside a “controlled environment” making them open up for all of the true negativity they possess.
- Cannot control their temper and negative feelings, are too sensitive with a low threshold of patience, have a rude or even an ugly language, like to control people but hate to be controlled themselves, scold and go on easily, cannot and will not accept constructive feedback on how to improve believing that people are “rude” when they try to help and that they are perfect themselves, which they are not.
- Love to be praised without giving praise themselves, complain, are disloyal, inconsiderate, speak negatively and wrongly about others behind their backs, which they would be furious of others doing behind their backs, are blasphemous, do not always respect time and agreements, cheat and lie because of their greed to benefit themselves, are obnoxious and “know-all” without truly knowing.
- Don’t show their full potential, TRUE passion and best quality of work – except from a small elite within all industries – but are careless and eager to finish as soon as possible to be able to speak in private and relax, don’t show will power but give up easily – because they do not bother or because their weak feelings “break” them (!) – take WRONG decisions often more based on feelings than facts and do not show a TRUE will and compassion to help people in distress, but continue to prioritize their own comfortable lifestyle.
I ask you to IMPROVE and avoid a similar human decline again: Always treat people as you would like to be treated yourself (“the Golden rule”)
It makes me very SAD to see all of this WRONG behaviour, which people as mentioned often cannot see themselves or accept is WRONG – they simply don’t know better because of WRONG or missing upbringing and bad influence from poor friends resulting in “bad manners”.
The world of today is REVERSED meaning that the majority of people use the “opposite Golden Rule” instead of the normal “Golden Rule” making them demand to be treated (much) better than how they treat people themselves. I ask all people to improve, and recommend you to remember the Ten Recommendations and to treat people as you would like to be treated yourself and always to show the same positive and objective approach to all people in all situations.
In “Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares” on television, the INSPIRED chef Gordon Ramsey tells restaurant owners and employees very DIRECTLY how bad they do both in terms of work, communication and behaviour in order to “cut through” simply to make people understand and consequently to help them the best way possible – you cannot improve if you do not know and do not accept that you have to improve.
However, for most people in the beginning it is “almost impossible” to accept the “rude behaviour” of Gordon (!) and to recognize their own development needs, which often makes them show their true negativity and ignorance towards Gordon. First later, when people realize their mistakes and understand that they truly needed to improve their behaviour, communication and quality of work to make their restaurant “survive”, they SMILE and become HAPPY.
I USED THE SAME APPROACH AS GORDON RAMSEY TO TELL PEOPLE OF THE OLD WORLD TO IMPROVE BEHAVIOUR AND WORK TO BECOME HAPPY!
Gordon was an example given to me to help you learn how to improve, and when you will wake up as your new selves, you will understand just how much this was needed.

February 17, 2018: I was happy having this chat with Michael Sadler from SAGA in one of his public Facebook postings, it is very rare these days that I meet kindness like this – because of the game of ”the system” asking people to keep away from me, which is making me a lonely man without love in my life, I feel Karen here. And I felt the bond between Michael and me when writing this, as Michael being a disciple/follower of me, and I also felt Jim Kerr from Simple Minds being part of the group of ”the music industry” following me, and spreading information on me, when I wrote below about ”simple minded” people, who cannot ”see the light”, and I can only wish for – and look forward to the day – when I will have Michael Sadler, Jim Kerr and ”everyone else” of the music industry, who follow me, as my ”best friends” in REAL LIFE, which will make me a very happy man 🙂. And when writing my comments below, I was also thinking of myself disciplining the world to improve your behaviour, to follow me as your role model, in order to be set free as your new selves earning my love, trust and respect 🙂.
Your sexual behaviour and decency will improve
An irresponsible sexual behaviour is inconsistent with life itself
Unrestrained sexual indulgence, lust and irresponsibility of mankind is the single most important reason why life itself was threatened to come to an end and also the reason why I have been given the worst sexual sufferings imaginable – including a threat every single second for years to carry out spiritually with my mother what Josef Fritzl did in Austria when abusing his daughter Elisabeth – which was “this close” to bring me and the whole world to an end from 2009 to 2011.
The sexual behaviour of a large number of people today has been derailed when sexual indecency has become increasingly more acceptable because of the borders of people moving due to lust bringing “new habits of the Devil” to the world, which has made people forget a normal decent behaviour to respect your partner and surroundings without going into extremities, which is and should be “simple logic” for all to understand.
An irresponsible sexual behaviour is inconsistent with life itself because as a sexual being, you are a CREATOR yourself, which you can only be when you behave according to your original, natural feelings and what is considered to be “good behaviour”.
All people are born with a natural sexual modesty, which is what people have “forgotten” the more they have crossed their natural barriers in a blind chase for sex without or only with little feelings, but STILL everyone contains this natural feeling deep within and this is the feeling everyone will recover and show as a basic part of life in our New World.
Everyone will become faithful to your partner
Everyone of our New World will become faithful to your partner. When you have a sexual relation with one partner – even when you have only been together once – you will not feel like starting a new sexual relation with another partner before the present sexual relation has been closed so evident that both parties clearly understand that they have the freedom to seek a new partner.
All prostitution and orgies will stop
As part of our New World:
- All prostitution will cease to exist, and all brothels, sex and strip clubs etc. will close down.
- All group sex activities of any kind will also stop – a sexual relation is meant to be enjoyed solely among two people.
Natural sex will be practised without accessories
People will practice “natural sex” with the partner you love – love and sex goes together – excluding sex tools, homosexuality *, sadism and masochism and other kinds of “kinky” sex. Sex is meant to be enjoyed naturally with the bodies you possess without the use of accessories or going into extreme.
People will also be “faithful” to your partner by NOT watching films or pictures of sexual nature, which will be because it will not exist.
Birth control techniques in our New World to prevent fertilization may include what will potentially not harm you including condoms etc. and excluding sterilization, pills/tablets etc., which will also cease to exist.
* The feelings of attraction of homosexuals to people of the same gender will be lifted, so all people will live a “normal life” also in sexual terms.
Mankind will stop production of and destroy material of a direct sexual character
All individuals and mankind as a community will stop all production and publishing of audio, visual and audio-visual material of an explicit sexual nature and completely destroy ALL existing material of this kind from ALL types of media including the Internet, Blu-rays/DVD’s, audio/video tapes, books, magazines, newspapers, art etc.
This also includes the destruction of all movies, clips, pictures etc. of “soft porn” focusing on the sexual act without true feelings of people, and it also includes for example teenagers/people showing off their sexuality on the Internet etc. revealing themselves in stripping shows etc.
Sexual behaviour like this is NOT part of a “normal life” and is compromising life itself, which is why this will stop in our New World. Destroying this material will protect life itself. All people are creators in their own right, which will make everyone act in a responsible manor and do not share their sexuality in public.
People will show themselves naturally without playing on their sexuality in public
People will show themselves as they are with human dignity without playing directly on sexuality in public for example by touching themselves inappropriately – also on the outside of the clothes – or consciously showing sexual undertones.
This is of course with due considerations to the natural and direct attraction of a man and woman, where it is of course an important quality of life to see the signs of people in love being attracted to each other and also kissing in public.
As other examples, you will continue seeing the curves of a lady for example wearing a beautiful dress and also people showing even more of the body in a natural and relaxed way when there is a natural reason doing so for example when being at the beach, working as a (clothes, bikini, lingerie) model, being a model for artists etc. and even when publishing natural pictures of “good taste” of people with little clothes on, but I do not expect to see pictures and films of people without clothes on including the exposure of female breasts.
The key word is “natural” (beauty), which will leave out “unnatural glamour” of today with the purpose to receive attention of people and the determining factor will be the FEELING of each person for example when answering a question like this: “Why do I want to wear this particular dress and move or act like this” (?), is it because it looks “natural”, beautiful and fits to the occasion (?) or is it because I want to draw the attention of people to me deliberately using my body as a (sexual) tool (?), and your feelings will always be the first.
Can you forgive the sexual indecency given as a curse to people of light because of the WRONG behaviour of mankind?
Have you considered the magnitude of the sexual abuse of youths and children committed by Roman Catholic ministers – in terms of numbers, duration and spreading of the world – and also why this “phenomenon” is concentrated to the Roman Catholic Church?
The Catholic ministers are examples of people of the light having received a sexual curse from the Devil as a “birth gift” because of the WRONG and sinful actions of mankind committing sexual indecency; a curse of such a strength that they could not resist carrying out disgusting actions even when they knew they committed a sin.
Because of the same reason, other servants of the light on all levels have received other kinds of “sexual curses” making it impossible for them to suppress strong desires to carry out “different kinds of WRONG sexual conduct”.
What has been forced upon people of light to show the WRONG sexual behaviour of mankind, is what mankind itself developed despite of knowing that it was wrong to do and despite of having the freedom to do what was right including to help its fellow human beings from committing wrong sexual conduct.
This is the disgusting sexual indecency man has shown me making me feel repulsive and this is what has been returned to you as part of the Universal principle up until now that mankind receives what it gives in order to set off the darkness and to teach you what not to do.
This is the behaviour I have accepted from mankind and this is what I ask mankind to accept from servants of light. Do you believe you will be able to forgive people of light including myself when you understand this background, thus accepting us inside of your hearts as I have forgiven and accepted you inside of mine?
You should have helped perpetrators as much as victims to avoid sexual crimes
The world easily understood the sexual crimes of Catholic ministers and also the crime of Josef Fritzl abusing his daughter as examples; it sympathized with the victims and felt repulsive towards the perpetrators symbolising mankind itself.
Sexual abuse of youths and children and incest are the worst crimes of the world, which calls for TRUE compassion, counselling and assistance to help the victims recover. But because of your aversion to the perpetrators, it was “impossible” for you to control your negative feelings and to understand that it is not only the victims, but also the perpetrators, who suffer and need help?
The perpetrators have been trapped as violators without the possibility to escape, which can be compared to the situation of drug addictives. They have gone through nightmares too destroying their lives and been in the same need as the victims to receive help and counselling from supportive and understanding people in order to get out of their misuse, which is the true wish of all perpetrators, but instead you only deepened the scars on their souls because of the hate, bad publicity, ignorance and negligence you decided to show.
In this respect, mankind has not listened to and understood the need of both parties – another example of bad communication and understanding – but has been “weak” when only deciding to help the “weak” side and to show all of their bad feelings including hate towards the “strong” side having equally as much a need to receive help.
Consequently, the world has not done what was needed to keep down the numbers of – and to eliminate – these crimes because the key for you was to HELP the perpetrators as much as the victims in order for all to be able to live happy and normal lives, which the perpetrators deserve as much as the victims!
This is the true message to mankind: You could have stopped sexual indecency and crimes simply by showing a clean heart to help the perpetrators as much as the victims but because you did not, you experienced an escalation of these crimes in line with the Devil becoming stronger and stronger!
This is what all people individually and the world as a community will stop now – to make this a better world for you and for me and the entire human race :-).

Stop “bad behaviour”, hand over weapons and reduce your consumption of media
Besides from showing a responsible sexual behaviour as mentioned above, people of our New World will also automatically
- Stop ALL gambling and use of “money rewards/prizes” – “money” as a factor to create excitement is not needed – and remove any threats, lies, “rumours”, “gossip”, ugly language and encouragement to or glorification of war, crime, violence, drugs, tobacco and medicine etc., which is distributed on the Internet, elsewhere or privately possessed.
- Do not use nor publish as entertainment any movies, books, games, magazines, pictures etc., you may posses, which includes war, crime, violence, gambling, drugs etc. Material of this kind will not be used as “entertainment” in our New World but as teachings for mankind of what not to return to.
- Remove all “extremely” negative music of the “extreme metal” genre including its sub-genres (“death metal” etc.), which is expressing darkness itself in its purest and most disgusting form.
- Hand over all weapons designed to kill or hurt people – with the exception of weapons designed for ordinary hunting’s – to authorities appointed by the World Government in order for these to be destructed.
- Reduce consumption of media and spend more time with human beings creating true joy and happiness as an important purpose of life – and plan their media consumption if needed. I encourage children and teenagers not to play games hour after hour for MANY hours, which is really a way to waste your life and destroy human relations, but to reduce it and use more time to enjoy yourself together with your friends playing football/other sports as example or have nice and deep conversations with family/friends, and I encourage adults not to switch on their television automatically every evening as “passive entertainment” – or to have it running on all day long as a “background” – but to see family and friends even more, to become more outgoing and expand your circle of acquaintances and also to become stimulated by visits to the theatre, concert hall, museum or an exciting talk etc. I encourage all to find the “right media balance” being selective, to follow the news of the world and also to receive beautiful experiences and lessons from media.
- Do not gossip negatively with family and friends about stories of the media about wrongdoings of people, businesses and governments using any “old habits” to “guess” and think the worst of people and also to show negative feelings, but focus on the objective truth in order to learn from these examples of what not to do in the future and in this respect, I encourage you to speak objectively of these teachings.
In my script of the 8th May 2009 I published and described in detail what was then 20 basic work rules with the aim for people to have a set of rules inspiring all to do their absolutely best work – to live up to their FULL potential – which will create happier people both on and off work, an increased production and improved living standard for all.
But as you can see from the first page of my book no. 2, which begins the 27th May 2009, I was brutally attacked in Nairobi, Kenya, this day having my laptop including my scripts from the 1st May 2009 and forward stolen, which means that today, the world and I do not have access to these scripts, and this chapter is therefore based on the 10 work rules, which LTO and I used together in Kenya – which you can read from my script of the 22nd June 2009 from page 101 in book no. 2 – which I have improved here, and in October 2012 changed to “recommendations” no longer being “rules”.
In my book no. 2 I have given you one road to follow in order to find my scripts from the 1st May 2009 and forward through the computer store in Nairobi, where I bought a new laptop and if you do not succeed finding these scripts, I will get the power myself to recreate and publish them when I will become my “new self” – which I did not know back then as you will understand when reading book 2.
1. Use an action plan
- Write down all of your agreements in an action plan. Update the plan every morning before starting to work.
- Reach all of your deadlines as a principal rule using your outmost mental strength and perseverance without becoming tempted to do anything else instead. Never give up!
- Agree on a new deadline if you exceptionally do not reach the original deadline.
It goes without saying that using an action plan also in your private life will help all to remember and keep promises – to become credible – giving all a happier live.
2. Plan your work carefully
- Use the “golden work rule” as a guidance: 1/3 to plan your work, 1/3 to do the work and 1/3 to edit and improve the quality of your work.
- Write down your ideas, consider how and with whom to do the work if you do not work alone, define stakeholders, distribute roles and responsibilities according to skills, agree on deadline, required work effort and quality level, status meetings etc. and collect ideas and information from appropriate sources including colleagues using brainstorm tools, databases of best practise, the Internet, books, newspapers etc.
- First of all: Be very careful when planning, which means that “half of your work” already will be done.
3. Deliver your finest quality of work
- Do your outmost to deliver your absolute finest quality of work – do not deliver before the work lives up to “your best” and the agreed quality level.
- Structure your ideas/work into logical chapters/parts and concentrate on one part at a time both keeping your overview of the work and your attention to the important details.
- Work generally as teams – using a project management tool of exceptional quality – when developing or improving products, services, systems, templates and processes using all skills to achieve the best results and individually with recurring tasks based on your standards of exceptional quality – unless otherwise is well-founded and you need more skills or experience than what an individual possesses.
4. Communicate directly, honestly and positively/objectively
- Ask questions, “listen very carefully” and reflect to make people understand that you understand them – “seek first to understand, then to be understood”.
- Tell the truth 100 percent objectively – in a positive tone – and do NOT say what you “believe” people will be happy to hear if this is not the truth. It is ALWAYS – without exceptions – right to speak the truth directly, honestly and objectively.
- Always show the same positive and objective approach to all people in all situations – also when people objectively help you on your development needs!
- Develop and keep service level agreements including time limits to serve your “customers” in person and through telephone and email.
5. Agree on meeting agendas, time and level of details
- Agree on meeting agendas considering suggestions from all parties concerned – preferably before meetings.
- Prepare meetings doing your finest work, which will save time and give you the best results when meetings are held at the highest possible level.
- Agree on the length of meetings and the required level of information (headings, medium or detailed level?) – and keep track of time and details!
- Hold status meetings regularly to update the team on the status of your work, do not discuss potential solutions in detail at this meeting but let people in charge take care of this separately including ideas from the team. Think carefully and decide on basis of all necessary facts, not feelings. Update and distribute your action plan directly after meetings.
- Learn about and hold efficient (telephone) meetings, speak straight out – without waffling – and finish one subject in agreement before starting on the next.
6. Be focussed and avoid interruptions
- Work with all of your concentration on one task at a time – if possible.
- Avoid running interruptions from colleagues, telephones and emails stealing away your time – unless this is part of your main work. Accumulate these and follow up once per day if possible.
- Do not speak in private or carry out private tasks during working hours. This is what your breaks – and spare time – are for. Take time off if needed.
7. Do not hold unnecessary breaks
- Agree on for example two breaks during the working day – at lunch and a tea/coffee break (private time).
- Do not hold any “unofficial” breaks because “it would be nice” – this will only make you and your colleagues “tired” and deteriorate work.
8. Use resource plans and flexible working hours
- Agree on and use resource plans and flexible working hours for all.
- Keep scheduled agreements and meetings precisely on time!
- Follow up on actual working hours versus plan.
9. Have outstanding managers, match requirements/supply and outsource FREEDOM 🙂
- A top manager will have outstanding skills when it comes to detailed knowledge of the business (!), communication skills, new ideas, strategies, know-how and the personality of a pioneer, initiator, developer, motivator – without losing the sense of accountability etc. – being able to start, lead and develop companies together with the input of employees. They will have a personal drive beyond the ordinary and will become role models for the whole company and society.
- A manager will possess the best communication and professional skills of a team with the most important task to be the mentor empowering and developing the team with the goal to make themselves unemployed as managers enabling them to focus on their own work.
- Uncover professional and personal competences of all employees, define team and individual responsibilities including back up, develop and maintain written procedures and training plans of exceptional quality for all recurring work tasks in great detail all matching together to make an “excellent match” between requirements and supply easy.
- Use “freedom with responsibility” as the leading principle: Teams and individuals fully living up to responsibilities will receive freedom to plan and decide their own work and if they do not, they will temporarily receive help and if necessary be disciplined from a skilled mentor in order to improve.
10. Develop throughout life to reach the full life potential of all
- Hold monthly meetings with your “development manager” to go through your results vs. plan, structured feedback from colleagues and “customers” – in a wide sense – on both personal and professional skills, development needs vs. your responsibilities and career plan (education, rotation, new roles/tasks etc.)
- The goal is to identify – and use to its fullest – the personal and professional skills of each employee 100 percent accurately and to constantly develop these throughout life to reach the full life potential of all in order to receive the best production, quality and efficiency together with “happy people”.
- Personal skills and attitude are always more important than “professional experience within the industry” – to secure a FLEXIBLE labour market – but you still need to develop the absolutely best professional skills in every industry!
Examples of how the Basic Work Recommendations are to be understood in practise
This memo gives examples in a greater detail of how to use my Basic Work Recommendations in practice following a “work practise” I had at Falck in Lyngby, Denmark, ending August 5, 2011. I have written it to help you understand what is now the Basic Working Recommendations – no longer “rules” even when this word is used in the memo – even better.
Be creative and innovative like Picasso: “Quantity of ideas creates quality”
My Falck memo above speaks about coming “back to basics” in business and from the following film with the Danish CEO Christian Stadil, of the Thornico group, you can listen to a man knowing much about the CREATIVE process of business/product development, and I have decided to bring this film here to inspire you because I like his inspired words about CREATIVITY and INNOVATION much – “quantity of ideas creates quality” – as I write in other words in my memo, and he uses Picasso as a “picture”, as I do too, of a very productive man who worked consciously with his subconsciousness to create ideas on basis of his knowledge, and it was often when he was at bath that he received ideas – from God :-).
Please watch this video and become inspired to work professionally with your business and product development based upon MANY ideas of your whole (flat) organization and an active use of the subconsciousness of employees.
Development of people, business development and “structured sales conversation”
I have prepared several memos during my professional career, which I would like to draw your attention to as well because they include ideas in relation to work including a memo from approx. 2000 to my previous Nordic Manager of GE Financial Insurance about HR and development of people, a memo from approx. 2006 to the management of Fair Insurance about the creation of a Business Development think tank and a memo for Dahlberg Assurance in 2008 about “the structured sales conversation”. I do not have access to these memos when this is written, but I am sure that they can be procured one way or another.
The Business World will act responsibly and stop all indecency
In order to prepare our New World Order, all businesses all over the world will automatically:
- Become inspired from my Basic Work Recommendations, the Ten Recommendations and the Golden Rule to treat people as you would like to be treated yourself in all kind of business activities and stop or replace any activities not living up to these recommendations including not to bear false witness.
- Open all IT systems, customer databases, files, correspondence, tools, templates, plans, accounts, statements, procedures, memos, presentations etc. to the world and override what you know as “professional secrecy” and “confidentiality”, give up all patent rights and free all technical information on inventions etc. We will all receive the feeling that “we have nothing to hide” in our New World, however private communication (ordinary communication between partners, family and friends) and the movement of people will be kept private unless people decide differently.
- Stand forward, publish everything and repent your wrongdoings in business. Do not destroy material and important lessons; everything is also on file in the spiritual world, which can be recreated if necessary.
- Stop all production and sales of weapons designed to kill or hurt people, products related to or showing war, violence and crime, direct sex toys, drugs, tobacco and medicine with the respect of the need of life important medicine of people who have not yet been cured from diseases.
- Stop all pollution and dangerous chemicals including cleaning of the agriculture, stop trade and “artificial” profits of securities and equity, cancel all bonus schemes and commence an equal pay for all per working hour, remove profits and calculate your prices according to the “price system” of the New World Order, write off unpaid debts etc. in good time before the end of 2017.
